PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING BOOKGOO SERVICES. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES OFFERED SHALL IMPLY AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS OUTLINED BELOW, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USE OF THIS SITE.
Bookgoo LLC (“Bookgoo”), a Washington State incorporated Limited Liability Company, owns and operates www.bookgoo.com (“Site”). Access to this Site is granted to you (“User”) and governed under the following terms and conditions.
Bookgoo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting a notice on the Site, or by sending the User a notice via email. The User shall be responsible for reviewing changes to our terms of service. Use of our services following such notification constitutes User acceptance of said changes.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bookgoo may offer certain services to Users, described in greater detail on the site. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the storage of electronic media, also known as content. Bookgoo may change, suspend or discontinue services for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content item. Bookgoo may also impose access limits on certain features and services or restrict a User's access to parts of the Site without notice.
The User certifies that they are of legal age and are legally allowed to use the Site. If the User is under the age of 13, the User is not allowed to access the Site’s services. This Agreement becomes void where prohibited by law.
Pursuant to U.S. copyright law and international laws and conventions, creative works stored on this Site are protected from unauthorized use. Bookgoo complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Bookgoo’s policy is to comply with notices of alleged infringement. The company will remove content that violates copyright law and revoke a repeat offender’s privileges without notice. The User shall abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the Site.
Bookgoo does not claim ownership rights on any content that a User chooses to post to the Site. After posting content to the Site, the User continues to retain all ownership or license rights to such content.
As a stipulation of use, the User adheres to the following conditions:
The User is responsible for any content uploaded under the User’s screen name.
The User will not use Bookgoo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The User will not use Bookgoo to violate any federal, state, or local law.
The User will not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Site users.
The user will not submit comments linking to affiliate programs or multi-level marketing schemes.
The User will not develop any automated mechanism to programmatically access the Site for any purpose without Bookgoo’s express written permission. Furthermore, the User agrees not to: (i) Disrupt the normal function of the Site. (ii) Attempt to usurp access restrictions on the Site.
Bookgoo may remove any Content and terminate a User's account at any time for any reason. The User acknowledges that all Content said User accesses via the Site is at the User's own risk and the User will be solely responsible for any resulting damage.
THE SERVICES, CONTENT, SITE AND ANY SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY IN CERTAIN STATES.
The User will indemnify and hold Bookgoo, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the User's access to the Site, use of services, the violation of this Agreement by the User, or the infringement by the User, or any third party.
BOOKGOO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE SITE OR SERVICES IN EXCESS OF THE AGGREGATE FEES PAID BY THE USER FOR SUCH SERVICES. NOR SHALL THE COMPANY BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY IN CERTAIN STATES.
Bookgoo may cease all services and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, if the User violates any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Upon termination of the User's account, the User's right to use Bookgoo services ends. All provisions of this Agreement survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification and limitations of liability.

The URL of the content in violation.
Your contact information, including physical address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement explaining that the uploaded content is not authorized by the copyright owner.
